摘要:
长时血压变异性是众多心血管病的危险因素,与动脉粥样硬化、脑卒中、心血管病死亡的发生密切相关。近年越来越多的研究表明长时血压变异性增加可导致心脑血管事件,独立于平均血压。鉴于目前全球高血压患者的流行趋势和控制情况,了解长时血压变异性的评估及影响因素对于心脑血管疾病的治疗和预防具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Long-term blood pressure variability is a risk factor for many cardiovascular diseases and is closely related to atherosclerosis,stroke,and mortality from cardiovascular diseases. In recent years,more and more studies have shown that the increase of long-term blood pressure variability can lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,and is independent of mean blood pressure. In view of the current global prevalence and control of hypertension,it is of great significance to understand the assessment of long-term blood pressure variability and its influencing factors for the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
