摘要:
Valsalva动作是公认的治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的方法，但在临床应用中，其成功复律的机会很低。有大规模多中心随机对照试验表明, 改良Valsalva动作可显著地提高阵发性室上性心动过速的复律率,能有效节省医疗资源。
Abstract:
Valsalva maneuver is a recognized treatment for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, but it has a low chance to achieve successful cardioversion in clinical setting . Large multicentre randomized controlled trials have shown that modified Valsalva maneuver can significantly improve the rate of cardioversion of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and effectively save medical resources
