摘要:
相比经食心脏超声术中造影,心脏CT由于其高分辨率、多层面性非侵入性,能更准确评估左心耳封堵术的难度,减少术后并发症的发生率及改善患者预后。基于CT的3D打印模型可能在未来具有更广阔的应用前景。就心脏CT在左心耳封堵术中的应用价值一综述。
Abstract:
Because of its high resolutionmulti-layer and non-invasiveness,cardiac CT can more accurately evaluate the difficulty of left atrial appendage closure,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis comparing with transesophageal echocardiography and intraoperative angiography. The 3D printing model based on CT may have a broader prospect. This article reviews the application value of cardiac CT in left atrial appendage closure.
