摘要:
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征不仅是高血压的独立危险因素,还是难治性高血压的重要病因之一。改善患者睡眠呼吸暂停低通气情况可为难治性高血压的治疗提供方法。现对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征作用于难治性高血压的相关机制及治疗方法做一综述。
Abstract:
Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome is an independent risk factor of hypertension, as well as one of the important causes for resistant hypertension.Improved sleep apnea hypopnea condition may provide a method for the treatment of resistant hypertension.This article reviews the role of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in the mechanism of resistant hypertension as well as the treatment of resistant hypertension associated with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
