摘要:
心脏原发性肿瘤是起源于心包、心肌或心内膜的原发性肿瘤,发病率极低。良性肿瘤以黏液瘤多见,多发生于左心房; 恶性肿瘤以肉瘤多见,多发生于右心系统。受肿瘤的生长部位等因素的影响导致原发性心脏肿瘤的临床表现复杂多变。目前首选的辅助检查为超声心动图,因其简便、经济及可重复性高。核磁共振成像因其对心脏肿瘤定位、定性诊断的独特优势也应用广泛。目前良性肿瘤的主要治疗手段为手术切除,恶性心脏肿瘤多采用手术和术后放疗的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Primary cardiac tumors are extremely rare and originate in the pericardium, myocardial or endocardium. Most of the benign tumors are myxoma and located in the left atrium. The sarcoma is common in primary cardiac malignant tumors, which are often located in the right atrium. Their clinical manifestations are complicated, as they mainly depend on the tumors' site and other factors. Currently the preferred auxiliary examination is echocardiography, which is simple, economic and has high repeatability. Magnetic resonance imaging is also widely used because of its unique advantages in the cardiac tumor location and qualitative diagnosis. The main treatment of a benign tumor is surgery. The treatments for malignant cardiac tumors are surgery and postoperative radiotherapy.
